1 (8 oz) pkg. of fat-free cream cheese 1 cup of fat-free orange yogurt 5 pkts of Equal or Splenda 1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract 1 small pkg. of sugar-free orange gelatin 1 cup of fat-free Cool Whip 1 reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust
Beat cream cheese and yogurt until creamy. Add Equal/Splenda and vanilla extract; continue mixing. Stir in orange gelatin. Beat to blend. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust and chill for at least 2 hours. Cut into 8 slices and serve.
