Start to finish 25 minutes

2 whole wheat pita breads
1 tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette or Italian dressing
1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 large plum tomato, seeded and chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup hummus
1 tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Heat oven to 400 degrees F. On large cookie sheet, place pita breads. Bake 6-8 minutes or until slightly crisp.

2.) Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix vinaigrette, basil, tomato and garlic.

3.) Spread half of the hummus over each pita bread. Spoon tomato mixture over hummus. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

4.) Bake 5-6 minutes or until tomato mixture is hot. Cut into wedges to serve.
