1/2c. plain low fat yogurt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
dash of ground cinnamon
3c.red seedless grapes (chilled and halved)
3 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Directions:

Combine yogurt, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Gently stir in walnuts and grapes until covered.
Serve or store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
