2 c rhubarb (peeled and cut)
1 c sugar
1 T butter
2 heaping T flour
2 egg yolks

Merangue
2 egg whites
2 ts water
1/8 ts cr of tartar
pinch of salt
2 T sugar, add gradually

Baked single pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and cook rhubarb ingredients, stirring constantly until think and rhubarb is soft. Put in baked pie crust, cool.

Beat merangue until stiff peaks form Bake in 425 oven about 12 minutes.
