1 lb ground chicken
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 large egg
14 cups chicken broth
1 cup brown rice
Lawrys Season Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Make small meatballs by combining the ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, and Lawry's Season Salt.
Place the meatballs, rice and the chicken broth into a pot and cook on medium heat for about an hour until the meatballs are cooked through and the rice is tender.
