6 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. honey
1/2 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the oats, sunflower seeds, chopped nuts, sesame seeds, coconut, and brown sugar. Combine the oil, vanilla, and honey, then stir into the oat mixture to coat thoroughly. Spread granola on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. During the last 5 minutes of baking add the raisins. If the coconut or other seeds are not being used, extra rolled oats can be added as a replacement.
