1 16-19 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 T. olive oil
1/3 c. tomato juice or water
3/4 tsp. salt
2 T. chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
In nonstick skillet cook garlic and cumin in oil over medium heat, stirring until fragrant. Add black beans, juice and salt and cook until beans are heated through. Stir in cilantro.
