1st layer: 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
3/4 cup ( l l/2 sticks) butter
2nd layer: 1/3 cup peanut butter
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 12 oz. container of cool whip-minus l cup
3rd layer: 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 pkg chocolate instant pudding
2 3/4 cups milk
4th layer: 1 cup cool whip
1 Hershey bar
1/3 cup chopped peanuts

Blend flour & butter. Add nuts. Pat evenly into 9"x13" pan & bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Cool thoroughtly. Cream together the peanut butter & cream cheese. Add powdered sugar & mix well. Blend in cool whip (keeping 1 cup for the top layer) spread over the first layer. Mix puddings and milk well. Spread over cream cheese layer. Use the cool whip for a very thin layer over the pudding. Sprinke with the Hershey bar chopped up and then with the chopped peanuts. Refrigerated for 2 hr. or more before serving.
