Ingredients:  
1/4 cup Wesson oil
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 cup uncooked rice
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cans Hunts tomato sauce
1 3/4 cup hot water
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 cup grated cheese (add just before serving)
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet and add onion, green peppers, rice and beef.
Stir over high heat until lightly browned
Add sauce and rest of ingredients. Mix well, bring to a boil and cover tightly. Simmer for 25 minutes.
