1 C oil 1 C soy sauce 2 C 7-up or sprite 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp horse radish powder 3-4 lbs turkey breast cut into strips
mix and pour over turkey strips. Marinate over night Allow 1/4 to 1/2 lbs per person barbecue slowly, turning frequently basting with marinade. It is done when breast meat shows white or dark meat shows. Brown all the way through basting prevents scorching. Turkey should be sliced 1/2 inch thick or less.
My mother in law is a great cook. When we all get together we bar-b-que these up. Then use the left overs in a ramen salad.
