1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c. cool whip
2 4 oz lemon instant pudding
2 c. cold milk
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, flour and nuts. Mix well and press into bottom of a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, let crust cool.

Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until fluffy, fold in cool whip - spread on crust. Combine milk and pudding mix, mix until smooth and creamy. Pour over cheese mixture - chill until set.
