1 lbs mild sausage
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 med onions
2 beef bullion cubes
2 cups boiling water
1-2 jalapeņos seed's and minced
1 pkg quick cooking instant long grain wild rice(uncle Ben's)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage cumin and garlic. Add onion, green pepper. Saute until crisp and tender. Dissolve bullion in water. Add to rest of mixture. Then stir in jalapeņos, rice, and seasoning packet bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook uncovered for 5-10 min.
