1 3 oz pkg Instant Gelatin Mix
1 c boiling water
1 c vodka
1 (750 milliliter) bottle Champagne
Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, stir together the gelatin mix and boiling water until dissolved
Stir in Vodka
Cover and let chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours

Serve:
Pour champagne into glasses
Scoop a spoonful of jello into glass of champagne
Give it a little stir to get your "Lava" on.
