Kiwi slices
Pomegrante seeds
Bananas, sliced
Grapes
Mandarin orange sections
Pineapple chunks
Strawberries
Cherries
Peaches
Pears
Blueberries
Pastry crust:
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. butter
Pudding:
2 c. milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond or vanilla flavoring
Currant jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together flour sugar, salt, egg yolk, vanilla and lemon juice. Using pastry blender, cut in butter. Shape onto pizza pan. Bake 7-10 min. at 400º. Cool completely.
Pudding: Scald milk. Beat egg yolks and sugar with whisk. Add flour and salt. Add milk and stir with whisk. Cook until thick. Cool. Add vanilla. Pour over pastry crust. Arrange any variety of fruit over top. Heat currant jelly. Use as glaze over fruit.
