Steak:
1lb Beef flank steak
¼ tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt

Pesto:
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
5 or 6 drops red pepper sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Set oven control to broil. On rack in broiler pan, place beef. Sprinkle with pepper and 1/8 tsp. salt. Broil with top 4-6 inches from heat 10-12 minutes, turning once, until desired doneness.

2.) In small bowl, mix pesto ingredients.

3.) Cut beef across grain into thin strips. Serve beef with pesto.
