1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into spears
1/3 c. milk
OR 10 oz. frozen broccoli spears,
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
cooked and drained
2 T. fine dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 T. butter, melted
or turkey

1 can cream of broccoli or

cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450º. 2. Arrange broccoli in 8 in. square pan. Top with chicken. 3. In small bowl combine soup and milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. 4. In a small cup, combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over cheese.
5. Bake 15 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
