1 baguette (about 20-24" long)cut into 1" slices
1 c. diced plum tomates, drained
1 pkg. (4 oz.) feta cheese, crumbled (1 c.)
2 or 3 green onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped black olives
2 T. Fresh basil cut into thin strips
1 tsp. Olive oil
1/2 tsp. or more to taste of Tabasco Sauce
Salt to taste

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread slices and lightly toss until well blended.
Preheat broiler. Place bread slices on broiling pan and lightly toast on both sides. Serve mixture generously mounded atop bread slices.

Makes 20 - 24 servings.
