.25 oz. pkt. active dry yeast
1 3/4 c. flour (or 1 c. white,
1/4 t. sugar
3/4 c. whole wheat)
3/4 c. warm water (110 degrees)

Directions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Let rest for 8 minutes. Place flour and salt in separate bowl. Pour yeast mixture over flour mixture and mix well. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 2 min. Press dougn into 12" circle. Place on lightly greased baking pan and stretch to edges. You may grease the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with corn meal. Place pizza toppings on and bake at 500º for 8-12 minutes, until edges are golden.
