10 or 12 potatoes, boiled, mashed
2 t. onion, chopped
& seasoned with salt, pepper & milk
16 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese
3 T. Parmesan cheese
grated
4 eggs, beaten
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
After potatoes are cooked and mashed, add Parmesan cheese, eggs and onion. Spray a 13x9 casserole, then layer potatoes and mozzarella cheese in pan. Top with buttered bread crumbs and parsley. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes.
