l/2 cup butter or oleo 2 cups flour
l l/2 cups sugar l teasp. baking soda
2 eggs l/2 teasp. salt
l cup sour cream l cup mashed ripe bananas
l teasp. vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Combine flour, soda and salt and gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in bananas. Spread in 15 x 10 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
8 oz. cream cheese softened
2 teasp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter or oleo, softened
3 3/4 to 4 cups powdered sugar

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Gradually beat in enough powdered sugar to achieve desired consistency.
