Honey-Orange Carrots Recipe

8 or 10 medium carrots, peeled
1 T. honey
and cut into 3 in. sticks
1 T. orange rind, grated
7 t. butter
1 t. fresh ginger, grated
2 T. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Steam carrots until tender, about 15 min. While carrots steam, melt 1 t. butter in medium fry pan and toast sesame seeds until golden. When carrots are tender, add remaining butter, honey, orange rind and ginger to the pan. Remove carrots from the steamer and add to the pan. Toss to coat.
