2 t. fresh ginger, minced
1 T. vegetable oil
8 c. green cabbage, shredded1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. rice vinegar
1 t. dark sesame oil
1 t. red pepper flakes
1/2 c. minced fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
SAUTE ginger in oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add cabbage and saute 2 minutes
STIR in lime juice, sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and pepper flakes. Cook 2-3 min. to soften cabbage.
OFF heat, stir in cilantro
