6 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 lb. sausage 2 c. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard (optional) 4 slices of bread, cubed
1. Cook sausage, drain; set aside. 2. Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard. 3. Layer bread, sausage and cheese in a greased baking dish. 4. Pour the egg mixture over the layers; cover and let sit overnight in the fridge. 5. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
