6 oz. sugar
6 oz. vegetable oil
3 big eggs (a little shaken)
5 oz. rubbed carrot (shredded)
4 oz. raisins
orange citron of 1 orange (orange peel grind in a blender)
6 oz. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tbsp. nutmeg
For glaze:
6 oz. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, vegetable oil and eggs. Everything shake up in a bowl.
2. Add carrots, raisins and orange citron.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix together.
4. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Dough should be soft and almost liquid.
5. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
6. Put dough in a form and bake 40-45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Take off pie from the form and cool completely.
7. Make glaze. Shake powdered sugar and orange juice together. Should be like liquid cream.
8. Put pie on a dish and put the glaze over. Leave the pie until the glaze congeals.
