For cake:
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
For frosting:
1 stick butter or margarine
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 small (6 oz.) package semisweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Mix cake ingredients together; pout into greased 9X13 inch pan and bake 25 minutes.
While cake is cooking make frosting.
Cook margarine, milk and sugar until it just comes to a full boil. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Stir well and pour over hot cake.
