1 lb. elbow macaroni cooked 8 oz. yellow mild cheddar cheese 8 oz. white sharp cheddar cheese 8 oz. velveeta cheese 3 Tbs. butter 1 c. milk buttered bread cut into small pieces Salt & Pepper to taste
Butter 9 x 13 baking dish. Cut cheese into small chunks. Layer macaroni and cheese chunks. Add butter and milk. Bake at 350 - for about an hour. Stir once or twice. Place buttered bread pieces on top for last 10 minutes of cooking - Cook until browned.
