1 (20oz.) bag of hash brown potatoes (frozen- must be thawed) 1 (10 oz.) pkg of cheddar cheese 1 pt. sour cream 1 stick margarine or butter 1 onion, chopped 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. corn flakes, mix with 1/2 stick butter
Thaw potatoes & mix all ingredients, put in baking dish. Crush corn flakes & mix with 1/2 stick butter. Sprinkle this topping on last. Bake 350º for 45-60 minutes.
