Biscuits:
1 3/4 c. - Bisquick
1/2 c. - Yellow Corn Meal
1/2 c. - Milk
2 Tblsp. - Honey

Honey Spread for Biscuits:
1/2 c. - Butter or Margarine
1/4 tsp. - Lemon Peel (minced)
1/4 c. - Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 450 degrees.

Biscuits
Mix Bisquick, corn meal, milk, & honey only until mixtures forms a loose ball shape and comes away from sides of bowl, approximately 30 seconds..
Dust a board or surface with Bisquick & knead dough 10x. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet OR roll dough 1/2"thick and cut with a 2" cutter(flour cutter before each cut). Bake about 8 minutes until golden in color.

Honey Spread
In small bowl, mix butter & lemon
peel. Slowly add the honey and mix until smooth and fluffy. Serve with warm biscuits.
