Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 cups water
2 cups sugar( 1 1/2 cups is ok)

1 12 oz frozen orange juice
1 12 oz can of water
5 bananas sliced
12- 16 oz of sliced strawberries
1 can of crushed pineapple with juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the 3 cups of water and sugar together just til sugar is dissolved. Then add the frozen OJ, water,bananas, strawberries and crushed pineapple.
Stir
Freeze
Try to stir a few times while freezing.
Take out of freezer 2 hours prior to serving , have at room temp will become slushy.
