3 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
dash of red pepper
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients, add 1/2 cup of the cheese, sprinkle rest on top. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
