3 lb. chicken cut up in large cubes
2 potatoes, peeled and largely cubed
1 red onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, largely cubed
1 T. season salt
1/2 T. paprika
1 T. adobo
2 T. curry
1 t. pepper
1/2 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with hands remove potatoes and brown in oil. Remove potatoes from pan and add chicken only to oil, cook till browned. Add remaining mixture, potatoes, water and additional seasonings:
1 t. adobo
1 t. season salt
1 t. paprika

Simmer add 1/8 c. sugar and simmer till tender.

Serve with Rice
