3 fresh tomatillos, cut into quarters
1/2 of a lime juiced
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package of dry Ranch Buttermilk Dressing Mix
1 cup fresh cilantro (about one bunch)
5 stalks of green onions with ends
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 to 3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed cayenne pepper
4 tsp sugar

Combine well in blender and refrigerate one hour

Dana Murdock/Barton's famous receipe! Used with fish tacos: Fry corn tortilla add fish, dressing and fresh cilantro. I like it in taco salads with lots of veggies using chicken or beef.
