Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cup of sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb of hamburger
1 med chopped onion
1 pkg of taco seasoning mix
1 package of soft taco shells
1 can of refried beans
4 oz of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger and onion
Drain
Add taco seasoning and the refried beans and heat
In separate bowl mix the sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
Put half the sour cream / soup mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 pan
Put beef in soft taco shells and roll up
Place on top of sour cream/soup mixture in pan
Place the second 1/2 of sour cream/ soup mixture on top
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Serve with taco fixings..lettuce, salsa and tomatoes
