9 oz cold water
1 package chocolate protein shake by Abbott Labs
( lemon, vanilla, pineapple-apricot, or strawberry may be substituted for chocolate)(this shake is 25% of your daily nutritional requirments)

Directions:
Directions:
pour water into plastic container with available lid.
pour contents of shake mix into water.
close lid securely.
shake like crazy for 43 seconds,
remove lid and enjoy.
(for added enjoyment try with a straw)
