halibut fillets
mayonnaise
jalapeno peppers, canned sliced
pepper jack cheese, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased baking dish place halibut fillets, flesh side up. Spread with mayonnaise; cover with jalapeno slices and then top each fillet with a slice of pepper jack cheese. Bake @ 350, until tops are bubbly and meat is white, not opaque. About 30 min.
