Homemade Eggnog

4 C of skim or reduced low fat milk
4 yellow egg yolks
2 tbs. Of artifical sugar
1 tbs. Of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients such as milk, eggs , artificial sweetner and nutmeg together in blender
Blend for 5 minutes
Pour into plastic or glass container or pitcher and keep in refrigerator
