2 pounds elbow macaroni
12 eggs
1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
½ pound (2 sticks) butter, melted
6 cps half-and-half
4 cps grated sharp yellow cheddar cheese
2 cps grated extra sharp white cheddar cheese
1½ cps grated mozzarella cheese
1 cp grated Asiago cheese
1 cp grated Gruyere cheese
1 cp grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 cp grated Muenster cheese
1/8 tsp salt
1 Tblsp black pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Cook noodles according to box directions, slightly al dente. Drain and set aside. Whisk eggs in a large bowl until frothy. Combine Velveeta, butter, and 2 cps of the half-and-half in a large bowl. Add the warm macaroni, tossing until the cheese has melted and is smooth. Add remaining 1/2 & 1/2, 3 cps of sharp yellow cheddar cheese, the remaining grated cheeses, & salt and pepper, toss until completely combined. Pour mixture into a 9 x13" baking dish and bake for about 30 mins. Sprinkle with remaining 1cp of sharp yellow cheddar cheese and bake til golden brown on top, about 30 mins. more. Serve hot.
Serves 12-16... you'll want the left overs!
