Wiener Schnitzel
2 Cups Brown Gravy
Mushrooms (I like a lot)
Butter
1/2 Cup Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare your wiener schnitzel according to eh wiener schnitzel recipe found in this wonderful cookbook.

Saute your mushrooms in butter till they get a caramel color to them. Drain excess butter.

Make your home-made brown gravy (also found in this cook book) or you can buy the premade stuff and use that. Mix your brown gravy and sour cream together while the gravy is still hot. Mix in your mushrooms. Pour over schnitzel.
