4-boneless skinless chicken breasts

4-potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

1-2 cups mini carrots

1 small onion diced

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 can chicken broth

1 can refrigerated biscuits

(optional... I sometimes add celery, green beans, peas)

Salt and pepper to taste. I also add some chicken boullion.

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in crock pot except biscuits.
Cook on low 7-8 hours.

During last 1-2 hours, place quartered biscuits on top and finish cooking.
