1 lb. frozen tater tots
1/2 lb. diced ham
1 chopped onion
1 green pepper diced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingred. in crockpot in order: tater tots, ham, onions, green pepper and cheese. Repeat layers two more times ending with cheese.
In med. bowl combine eggs and milk and beat with whisk until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste and pour over mixture in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hrs.
