3/4-1" thick steak
Lots of fresh cracked pepper
coarse sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Turn on oven broiler.

Put a thick layer of fresh coursely cracked pepper and salt on a plate. Press one side of the steak into the s&p mixture.

Put the steak, seasoned side up, on a slotted broiling pan, 3-4" from the broiler coils.

Flip at 6 min, then remove after 5 min for medium doneness.
