1 large onion
3 large sprigs of rosemary
olive oil
coarse grain salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400

Combine all of the ingredients in a large (at least 9"x13") baking dish, or on a baking sheet.

Bake for 45 minutes, stirring vegetables once or twice.
