3 8-oz pkg cream cheese (softened);
10 oz sharp cheddar cheese (grated);
3 cloves minced garlic;
1 tsp red pepper;
1 c chopped pecans;
paprika to sprinkle

Directions:
Directions:
Grind pecans and garlic together and set to side. Mix cheeses and pepper together and form a ball. Roll ball in pecan mixture until entire ball is coated. Sprinkle w/ paprika.
