cebollas blancas, si son grandes 10 -11 si son chiconas o medianas usar 12
6 huevos
1 tarro de leche
2 cucharadas colmadas de harina
sal, pimienta,
1 cucharadita de nuez moscada
1 cucharadita bien llena de orégano
½ -1 taza de queso parmesano
mantequilla (trocitos para encima)

Cortar las cebollas por mitad y luego cada mitad cortarla a la juliana (3mm. de grosor). Ponerlas en agua hirviendo y cuando comienza el hervor dejar que hierva por 10 min. Luego escurrirlas en un colador y presionar con un plato para que suelte su agua.

Batir los huevos con un tenedor junto con el harina, agregarle sal, pimienta, nuez moscada y orégano, la leche de a pocos y el parmesano y cuando todo esté mezclado incorporarle la cebolla bien escurrida.

Enmantequillar un pyrex grande y allí verter la preparación anterior. Encima ponerle trocitos de mantequilla, salpicarle más parmesano y poner al horno por 45 min. a 1 hora. Después dejarlo un rato en el horno apagado para que se absorba todo su líquido.
