2 sides pork ribs (pre boiled 30 min.
& drained)set aside
make 2 qts.pork dressing. (however
your family makes turkey stuffing) put
aside.
large can of sauerkraut raw-put 2 raw
pork chops cubed into kraut.
Directions:
Directions:
Stand ribs (uncut) up and tie them upright
Put dressing in the center of ribs
Add can of sauerkraut with raw chops on
top of the dressing.
Paint outer ribs with barbeque sauce. If
you like cover tips of ribs with foil.
BAKE AT 325* FOR 2 HOURS WHOA
TOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD
P.S. do not drain saurkraut :-)
