3 slices bread (crust removed)
Milk
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion (finely diced)
Ketchup
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of oregano
¼ tsp. allspice
¼ tsp. powdered sage
Dash Kitchen Bouquet sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread slices in large bowl and pour over top of it just enough milk to saturate it. Add remaining ingredients and mix well with hands. Form into small 1" balls and brown on all sides in a fry pan. Once all meatballs are browned place back in fry pan and add ½ c. water with a dash of Kitchen Bouquet sauce. Let simmer for 1 hour covered adding water if needed.
