1 cup raw rice 1 can each: cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup (undiluted) 1 can water chestnuts (sliced) 1 tbsp. finely minced onion 1 small jar pimento optional: chopped celery and/or sliced mushrooms
Mix all of the above together and put in lightly buttered oblong baking dish. Place chicken pieces on top, dot with butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours. Can be prepared ahead and baked when needed.
