6c chicken broth
1lb white beans
1t chicken stock base
2 chopped onions
1t oil
6-8 cloves of garlic
3c Monterey Jack cheese
7oz diced green chiles
2-3t cumin
2t oregano
1t cayenne
4c chicken diced
1c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broth, beans and base 2 hours. Saute onions and garlic, take those and add remaining ingredients (save the sour cream and cheese) to broth and simmer 30 minutes. Add sour cream and cheese, heat through.
