1c Celery
1c Raisins (I use pomegranate seeds, when available)
1/4c Sunflower Seeds
1/3c Mayo (fat free is fine)
1/4 Plain Yogurt (fat free is fine)
3T Sugar
1T White Wine Vinegar (I use white balsamic)

Put the first 5 ingredients together and in a separate bowl mix the rest and pour over the veggies.
