3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. veg. oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking pwdr
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar, oil & vanilla. Beat until thick & lemon colored. Stir in zucchini & dry ingredients.
Pour into 2 greased & floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees. Cool.
